The website presents Periplo and the other MassiveDataScope projects. By using it you agree to do so lawfully and not to harm its operation, for example by sending automated content through the form.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, logos and trademarks on this website belong to the owner or are used with permission. The open-source projects we mention are governed by their own licences, stated in each repository: Periplo under AGPL-3.0, and loom, plywatch and loom-actions under Apache-2.0. Those licences prevail over this notice as regards the code.

4. Accuracy of information

We state the status of each part of the product ("available", "early access", "coming next") and the method behind each figure. Cost estimates are indicative, based on list prices on the stated date, and are not an offer. Periplo Cloud terms will be agreed in writing with each customer.

5. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party sites such as GitHub or PyPI. We do not control or answer for their content; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you follow those links.

6. Data protection

Processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's registered address.
